Applications open on 17th November 2025 for an October 2026 start
We’re a CRO that brings the right minds to every project. We deliver biometrics you never need to second guess.
Our global team combines deep expertise with a culture of care, clarity and collaboration. We work on trials that can’t afford missteps, trials that need to get it right from day one. Our reputation is built on precision, scalable systems and AI-enabled technologies that support industry-leading delivery.
We’re proud to be a Certified B Corp and recognized by Best Companies and Flexa for our commitment to quality and workplace excellence. At Veramed, your ambition is our inspiration. We empower every team member to shape the future of biometrics through innovation, integrity and impact.
Our Training Program is designed to transform graduates into confident, capable members of a clinical biostatistics team. You’ll gain:
– Technical depth through SAS and R training and mock clinical studies
– Industry insight into the roles, processes and standards that define CRO excellence
– Essential people skills that help you communicate clearly, manage time effectively and collaborate with impact
From day one, you’ll be supported by a line manager, mentor and a buddy from the previous cohort. As the program progresses, you’ll transition into real client work with confidence, clarity and capability.
You’ll receive a detailed training schedule and technical training materials to help your learning. The program begins with foundational topics including industry context, job role awareness, quality standards and essential people skills such as time management and active listening. You’ll practice your skills in a mock clinical study and gradually move into client-specific training.
As you progress, you’ll balance training with live project work. By the end of the program, you’ll be fully equipped to contribute to client projects.
Once complete, you’ll be working full-time on client projects as a Statistician or Programmer. You’ll be trusted to deliver because you’ll be trained to get it right the first time.
At Veramed we strive for excellence, hence we update the training program year on year based on feedback from graduates and line managers. We therefore will be encouraging you to let us know if you feel there are gaps in the program or in your own knowledge and so that we can look to address these either via a new training module, or through mentoring and line management sessions. We want your entry into the industry to be seamless and for you to feel supported as you embark on your career.
During your time at Veramed you will have continuous access to a broad range of additional training that is part of the Veramed Excellence Program.
