We’ve taken a thoughtful, transparent approach to understanding the unique strengths and aspirations of our team members. Through in-depth conversations and analysis, we’ve identified four distinct Statistician types and five broad programmer types, each with its own set of core responsibilities, daily tasks, and pathways for career growth.
Our Statistician types reflect the diversity of roles within the field: Some may focus on project leadership, others on technical innovation or specialist domains. By outlining these types, we aim to help candidates and team members pinpoint the environments and challenges that best suit their personality, interests, and professional ambitions.
